Description
The hinged wooden hat box with brass handle and
trim opens to reveal an interior fitted with a
wooden bonnet form. Along with the original
bonnet of moss-green velvet with rounded top,
pleated shaping, velvet band, trimmed with
turquoise curly feather, and lined with stiffened
net and silk. The lining is stamped _Huret a
Paris_. Suitable for 16"_17" poupees. Circa 1865.
