Description
An eleven-blade folding bone fan has cutwork
filigree designs on the bottom half of each
blade, and petal-shaped silk blades on the upper
half. The silk blades are hand-painted with multi-
colored flowers on one side and edged with
feathery silk fringe. Presented in its original
mandolin-shaped green paper box with engraving
and gilt edging. 2 1/2"L. Circa 1870.
