9 1/2" (24 cm). Bisque socket head with uniquely
sculpted face with strong jawline and defined
fret lines around the forehead, small blue glass
sleep eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecuts,
painted lashes, short stroke brows, accented
nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between
the lips, light brown mohair wig with braids,
French composition and wooden ball-jointed
toddler body with side-hip jointing. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 252 Paris 2
(head) Fabrication Francaise SFBJ Paris (paper
label on torso). Comments: SFBJ, circa 1912.
Value Points: outstanding quality of modeling on
the petite pouty toddler with original body and
body finish, antique dress.
