Description
6"L. box. 3"H. dolls. A maplewood box with
natural finish contains a music box that plays
two tunes, Le Petit Panier and Ton Coeur a Pris
Mon Coeur, and upon which are dancing three dolls
with original silk costumes. The bisque headed
dolls are mounted on the music box with metal rod
that allows them to dangle loosely and "dance"
about. Excellent condition, original music paper
label on the underside, mechanism functions well.
The music box quality is exceptional. Circa 1885.
