Description
19" (48 cm). Porcelain shoulderhead with rounded
facial modeling, black sculpted hair in
centerpart with short overall curls, painted
large brown eyes, painted lower lashes, red and
black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows,
accented nostrils, closed mouth with center
accent line, commercial muslin body with stitch-
jointing, blue and white striped stockings, red
leather sewn-on boots, antique calico dress.
Condition: generally excellent, few tiny paint
flakes on hair. Comments: Germany, circa 1865.
Value Points: rare brown eyes and painted lashes,
original commercial body in perfectly preserved
condition.
