Description
11" (28 cm). Bisque socket head with rounded
facial shape that exactly matches the round brown
glass googly eyes glancing to the right, dark
eyeliner encircles the eye socket, painted dark
upper lashes, short stroke brows with feathered
highlights, accented nostrils of pug-shaped nose,
closed mouth with impish smile, shaded lips,
blonde mohair wig over cork pate, composition and
wooden fully jointed toddler body with side hip
jointing, lace costume, undergarments, shoes and
socks. Condition: generally excellent, hands
appropriate but not original. Marks: A made in
Germany 5 JDK 221 Ges Gesch. Comments: Kestner,
circa 1912. Value Points: rare smaller size of
the most desirable googly with choice bisque and
painting, toddler body.
