Description
20" (51 cm). Porcelain shoulderhead with light
pink tinted complexion, dark blonde sculpted hair
in tousled short curls, painted blue shaded eyes,
black pupils, red and black upper eyeliner,
single stroke brown brows, accented nostrils,
closed mouth, muslin stitch-jointed body,
porcelain arms and legs, painted brown shoes and
brown stocking ties, nicely costumed in (new)
sailor suit. Condition: generally excellent, few
finger tips chipped. Marks: 189 7. Comments:
Kling, circa 1885. Value Points: unusual hair
color on the early signed doll.
