Description
12" (30 cm). Bisque socket head with elongated facial modeling, brown glass inset eyes, dark painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, early Sonneberg composition and wooden fully jointed body with straight wrists, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 5 H 939. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: rarer model in most appealing petite size with beautiful bisque, original body and body finish.
