19" (48 cm). Porcelain shoulderhead with short black sculpted hair in mannish style, sculpted ears, stippling detail of hair around the forehead, blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, thick black brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, modeled black moustache, (new) muslin body and porcelain limbs, nicely costumed in black woolen suit, silk striped vest. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1885. Value Points: rare gentleman doll with modeled mustache.
