each 15"H. (38 cm). The wooden arm chairs, with
very fancy spindles and finials, are painted
ebony black and are decorated with gilt and red
patterns in a lavish manner, the seats
upholstered in patterned blue silk. Excellent
condition. French, circa 1885.
