Description
11"H. chair (28 cm). Wooden chair and pedestable
table are finished with rich gold leaf, the chair
with fancy spindles and blue silk capitonne
upholstery; the table with faux-bamboo styling of
pedestal and table edge, painted flowers on table
top. Along with a French porcelain toilette
service of white background with blue and gilt
borders and floral decorations, comprising
washbowl and pitcher, two lidded jars, and bowl.
Excellent condition, the furniture is
particularly fresh with vibrant gold leaf and
blue silk. Circa 1880.
