Description
3"l. (9 cm). Of very heavy cast brass with
embossed design on lid, steam spout and hollow
interior for water storage, tube for storage of
hot coats with hinged door at the back. The
elaborate and detailed construction suggests its
production as salesman sample rather than toy.
Mid-19th century. Excellent condition
