Description
13" (33 cm). Rich brown complexioned
sculpted head of adult man with strongly
featured nose, bald pate except hair at crown
cascading down the back, brown enamel
eyes, thick bushy brows, closed mouth with
very full moustache, hemp wrapped armature
body, sculpted fingers and sandalled feet.
Condition: very good, few minor paint rubs to
original finish. Comments: early 19th century.
Value Points: original costume of hand-woven
brocade with crewel embroidered detail on
jacket, red velvet vest
