18" (46 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and
shoulderblades, amber brown paperweight inset
eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eye socket,
painted lashes, brushstroked brows, rose blushed
eyeshadow, original Bru slender kid body with
scalloped edge collarette, Chevrot hinged legs,
bisque forearms, lovely costume. Condition:
generally excellent, one finger restored. Marks:
Bru Jne 8 (head and shoulderplate). Comments:
Leon Casimir Bru, Chevrot era, circa 1888. Value
Points: pretty rose-blushed bebe with artistic
painting of facial features, original body.
