Description
20" (51 cm). Solid domed bisque socket head,
painted blonde baby hair, shaded blue eyes,
heavily modeled eyelids, one stroke brows,
accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled as
though open, shaded lips, composition bent
limb baby body, antique costume. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: K*R 100 50.
Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, the first
model from their art character series, circa
1909. Value Points: the larger size allows
superb quality of sculpting with highly defined
details around the eyes and mouth, choice
bisque, original body and body finish.
