Description
20" (51 cm). Pale bisque swivel h ead with
rounded facial modeling, cobalt blue glass inset
eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecuts,
delicately painted lashes and brows, accented
nostrils, closed mouth with accent line between
the lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig in
elaborate coiffure, old muslin body with bisque
lower limbs, painted blue boots, aqua silk gown.
Condition: generally excellent, 1/2" faint early
lne at front crown rim appears to be firing line.
Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points:
swivel neck and early cobalt blue gas eyes on the
early closed mouth fashion lady.
