25" (63 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes with paperweight quality and spiral threading, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecuts, painted lashes, incised eyeliner, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, accented lips, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig, early composition and wooden fully jointed body with four loose ball-joints, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, middle finger broken. Marks: SH 1079 13 Dep. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: an early model of the 1079 child has finest delicately tinted complexion, beautiful eyes, original wig.
