Description
13" (33 cm). Solid domed bisque shoulderhead with
painted blonde brushstroked hair, blue glass
sleep eyes, incised eyeliner, short feathered
brows, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, two
porcelain teeth, original kid baby body with pin-
jointed upper arms and legs, composition lower
arms and legs in bent baby position, antique
costume included. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: JDK 234 C Made in Germany (head) (crown
and streamer label on body). Comments: Kestner,
circa 1915. Value Points: rare model with unique
body designed for this model only, sturdy body
with original label.
