29" (74 cm). Bisque socket head, brown glass
eyes, painted lashes, incised eyeliner,
brushstroked brows with decorative glaze and
feathered highlights, accented nostrils and eye
corners, open mouth, shaded and outlined lips,
four porcelain teeth, brunette human hair,
composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique
lace costume. Condition: bisque excellent, body
repainted. Marks: 16 Made in Germany 16 171 6
1/2. Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points:
pretty wide-eyed child with excellent quality of
bisque.
