Description
6"-9 1/2" (15-24 cm). Each has one piece bisque
head, torso and legs modeled together, loop-
jointed bisque arms with starfish-modeled hands,
blonde sculpted topknot and side curls, blue
wings, painted side-glancing googly eyes, one
stroke brows, impish smile. Condition: generally
excellent, repairs to upper arms on largest.
Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments: Kewpie, designed
by Rose O'Neill, produced in Germany, circa 1915.
Value Points: appealing variation of sizes, the
larger two glancing at each other, fine detail of
blushing.
