Description
6"l (15 cm). tureen. Of white porcelain with gilt
edging and amusing and colorful transfer designs
of pairs of children with dolls or toys, (each
pair a boy and girl in various costumes, in
flirtatous poses). The service is presented in
its original wicker egg-shaped basket, comprising
lidded tureen, compote, platter, round serving
platter, oval relish dish, gravy dish, twelve
dishes or bowls. Excellent condition. Circa 1925.
