Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) One-piece all-bisque figure of standing Kewpie with topknot, blue wings, side-glancing googly eyes, his right arm extended holding a leash for the bisque Doodledog which sits at his feet, and a black umbrella clasped in his left arm. Doodledog has classic blue wings and shaded brown spotting. Marked c. in circle. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915, from original designs by Rose O'Neill.
