22" (56 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 10 (and artist checkmarks, on head) Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'Honneur (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1889. Value Points: the all original doll wears blue silk twill elaborately constructed jacket dress from the couturier workshops of Ernestine Jumeau, undergarments, lace and silk ribbon cap, Jumeau aqua net stockings, blue silk shoes signed "Paris Depose 10" with bee symbol, and has original maroon armband with gold "Bebe Jumeau" lettering as shown on the cover of The Jumeau Book.
