17" (43 cm). Bisque socket head, dark blue glass sleep eyes, dark upper eyeliner, fringed brows, one stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty expression, shaded and accented lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, tiny eye rim flake at right eye corner. Marks: 141. Comments: Hertel & Schwab, circa 1912. Value Points: rare little character with glass eyes, original body and body finish, appealing size.
