34" (86 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four teeth, pierced ears, (new) brunette ringlet curled wig, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&H 18 949 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890, for the French market. Value Points: fine large size of the rarer model with choice bisque and painting, wearing antique military costume of the Vivandiere.
