Description
8 1/2" (22 cm). Each has one piece bisque head
and torso, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs,
modeled bent right arms, toddler style side-hip
legs with painted white socks and brown shoes
with bows. One has bobbed hair, brown side
glancing eyes, closed mouth in smiling expression
with row of tiny teeth, marked 10499. Condition:
two small chips at leg rims and small left finger
tip chipped on 10500; chip on arm rim of 10499.
Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1918. Value
Points: appealing pair of toddlers with excellent
quality of bisque.
