plump facial modeling, brown glass sleep
eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and
feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed
mouth with defined space between the
accented lips, blonde mohair wig over plaster
pate, composition and wooden body with
jointing at shoulders, hips and knees, antique
rose cotton dress with lace trim, bonnet,
undergarments, leather shoes. Condition:
generally excellent, original body finish except
repair to lower left leg. Marks: 3. Comments:
Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: appealing
petite size with endearing expression, choice
bisque, antique costume.
