Description
14" (36 cm). Felt swivel head with pressed and
painted facial features, large brown eyes,
painted lashes, grey eyeshadow, closed mouth,
brown mohair curls, muslin body, felt jointed
arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: Lenci (cloth label). Comments: Lenci,
circa 1938. Value Points: in pristine condition,
the doll wears original taffeta silk dress with
felt appliques, organdy blouse, petticoat and
pantalets, blue felt shoes, yellow felt bonnet
ornately decorated with feathers and black lace.
