Description
17" (43 cm). Solid domed bisque socket head,
brown painted hair with curls around the
forehead, brown glass inset eyes, painted brown
lashes, incised eyeliner, single stroke brows,
accented nostrils, closed mouth modelled as
though open with shaded lips, modelled double
chin, French composition and wooden fully jointed
body. CONDITION: Bisque excellent, some body wear
and repaint. MARKS: SFBJ 226 Paris 6. COMMENTS:
SFBJ, circa 1912. VALUE POINTS: Very fine
modelling of features and fine lustrous
complexion.
