Description
5 1/2" H. Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque
shoulderplate, blue glass enamel inset eyes with
spiral threading, dark eyeliner encircles the
eyecut, painted lashes, arched brows, accented
nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, accented
lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork
pate. CONDITION: Generally excellent. MARKS: 6.
COMMENTS: Francois Gaultier, circa 1870. VALUE
POINTS: Very lovely large poupee head with choice
bisque and painting.
