24" (61 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, slender facial modelling and elongated throat, almond shaped blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes, delicately feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with smiling expression on accented pale lips, delicate cheek blushing, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig over cork pate, kid gusset jointed fashion body with stitched and separated fingers. CONDITION: Old faint hairline at back of head, otherwise bisque excellent, body especially sturdy. MARKS: Depose F (forehead) F (back of head). COMMENTS: Leon Casimir Bru, his smiling model fashion lady deposed in 1873. VALUE POINTS: Exceptionally large size of the rare model has superlative bisque and painting, lovely costume of antique fabrics, antique undergarments, unusual antique gold heeled shoes, and gilt ormulu tiara.
