Description
15" (38 cm). Bisque socket head with flattened
solid dome, elongated facial modelling, brown
glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes,
brushstroked and feathered brows, accented eye
corners and nostrils, closed mouth with accent
line between the lips, pierced ears, dimpled
chin, brunette human hair, Sonneberg composition
and wooden fully jointed body. CONDITION:
Generally excellent. MARKS: S (raised letter) 808
(incised). COMMENTS: Mystery maker, circa 1885.
