Description
12" (30 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque shoulderplate, pale blue glass enamel
inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows,
accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth
with accented lips, pierced ears, kid fashion
body with shapely modelling, gusset-jointed hips.
CONDITION: generally excellen, body especially
sturdy except some finger discoloration. MARKS:
0. COMMENTS: Francois Gaultier, circa 1875. VALUE
POINTS: The petite poupee, size 0, is in fine
uplayed condition wears original folklore costume
of the Normandy region of France.
