12" (30 cm). Bisque socket head, brown glass
sleep eyes, painted lashes, incised eyeliner,
brushstroked brows with feathered highlights,
accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth
with shaded and accented lips, blonde mohair wig
over plaster pate, early composition and wooden
jointed body with straight wrists, antique lace
costume cap, undergarments, leather boots.
CONDITION: Generally excellent. MARKS: 4.
COMMENTS: Kestner, circa 1890. VALUE POINTS: Rare
model in appealing petite size has choice bisque
and painting, original body and body finish,
antique costume.
