Description
Ten woven baskets are miniature models of those
actually used as marketbaskets in France at the
end of the 19th century. They were produced in
doll-sized versions, also, in various styles
including hinged sides, flat-topped, rounded top,
and with various styles of weaving and color. Ten
different examples are included, 5"-6 1/2"l.
Excellent condition, circa 1890.
