Description
16" H (40 cm). A simple wooden framed dressing
table with curved front and matching curved shelf
below an oval shaped mirror is richly draped with
embroidered lace over blue cotton sateen
underskirt, and trimmed with little garlands of
flowers and rose silk ribbons. The dressing table
holds an assortment of white porcelain toiletry
pieces, brush and cologne bottles. Excellent
condition, perfectly preserved. The toilette
appeared in various Etrennes catalogs of Paris,
circa 1895.
