Description
A wooden box, 11" x 15", with lithographed design
of one of the puzzles inside, contains three
children's puzzles with lithographed design on
heavy board. In one puzzle a child is shown
sneaking a glass of wine from the holiday laden
table while his toys (drum, sword, crayons, ball
and stick) are scattered around the floor. The
lid indicates that the puzzle was
awarded "Medaille unique" at the 1867 Universal
Exposition of Paris. Very good condition, all
pieces intact.
