Description
14" (35 cm). Composition socket head on wooden
neck rim, painted brown hair with forelock curl,
blue side-glancing eyes, five painted lashes, v-
shaped brows, closed mouth with pouty expression,
cloth torso, composition arms and legs, painted
black boots. CONDITION: Generally excellent.
MARKS: Effanbee Skippy c. P.L. Crosby. COMMENTS:
Effanbee, circa 1935. VALUE POINTS: Original
policeman's uniform of red shirt, blue pants,
black vest, tie, flannel fireman's hat with gold
paper "7", and "I am Skippy" celluloid pin.
