Description
14" (35 cm). Composition socket head, tan painted
hair with forelock curl, blue side-glancing eyes,
five lashes, v-shaped brows, closed mouth with
rosebud lips, five piece composition body.
CONDITION: Generally excellent. MARKS: Effanbee
Skippy c. P.I. Crosby. COMMENTS: Effanbee, circa
1936. VALUE POINTS: Pristine condition, wearing
original wool shorts and suspenders, blue felt
jacket with green braid, green leggings, shoes,
green felt Tyrolean hat with feather, celluloid
pin labelled "White Horse Inn", the costume
inspired by the 1936 Broadway play of the same
name.
