14" (35 cm). Composition socket head, painted
blonde hair with long forelock curl, painted blue
side-glancing eyes, five upper lashes, v-shaped
brows, closed mouth with pouty expression, five
piece composition body. CONDITION: Generally
excellent. MARKS: Effanbee Skippy c. P.L. Crosby.
COMMENTS: Effanbee, circa 1935. VALUE POINTS:
Unusual presentation of Skippy as baby with
lighter hair, wearing knit Doctor Denton type
union suit with flap back, celluloid pin with
colorful drawing of Skippy.
