Description
The pale complexioned all-bisque doll has swivel
head on kid-edged bisque torso, almond-shaped
brown glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner
encircling the eyesockets, painted lashes,
feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye
corners, open mouth, outlined lips, two square-
cut upper teeth and one lower tooth, unpierced
ears, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs with
modelled bent elbows, cupped hands, defined
thumbs, blue ribbed stockings with black two-
strap heeled shoes. The doll wears antique blue
silk taffeta dress with lace trim, lace ruffed
bonnet, undergarments, blue bead necklace, and
owns a paper mache and flannel lamb with blue
decorative bows. Signed 886 S 5 H. 9" (23 cm).
Imperceptible, tiny flake on inside baby finger.
