Description
Referred to as the "yellow boot Kestner" in
reference to her distinctively painted ankle
boots, the all-bisque doll has kid-edged swivel
head on bisque torso, plumply modelled face with
full cheeks, blue/grey glass inset eyes, painted
lashes, feathered brows, accented eye corners and
nostrils, slightly parted lips with accent
details, two square cut upper teeth, one square
cut lower tooth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig
over plaster pate, peg-jointed bisque arms and
legs with modelled bent left elbow, shapely legs
with blushed knees, tiny ankles, painted white
stockings and yellow laced heeled boots. The doll
wears aqua silk dress with lace overlay, matching
hair bow, undergarments. Signed "102 12".
