The bisque googly features a socket head, chubby
facial modelling, blue glass side-glancing googly
eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented
nostrils, closed mouth with impish smile, blonde
mohair wig, original composition body jointed at
shoulders and hips. The doll wears original
country costume including white coiffe
labelled "Le Petit Marie Depose". Signed "9573
3/0 Heubach (in square)". Gebruder Heubach, circa
1920. 8" (20 cm).
