Description
The bisque socket head doll has brown glass sleep
eyes, painted dark curly lashes, feathered brows,
accented nostrils, open mouth with shaded and
outlined lips, two porcelain upper teeth,
brunette mohair bobbed wig, original composition
chubby toddler body jointed at shoulders and hips
with "starfish" modelled hands. The doll wears
antique knit snow suit with dress, skirt, jacket,
cap, leggings and original leather shoes.
Signed "K*R Simon & Halbig 126 Germany". Kammer
and Reinhardt, circa 1920. 9" (23 cm).
