Description
The plump-faced bisque socket head doll has blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with heart-shaped upper lip, brunette mohair wig, original composition body jointed at shoulders and hips, painted orange stockings and black shoes with prominent black bows. The doll wears antique costume comprising lace-trimmed chemise dress and undergarments, straw bonnet. Signed "H A" (and incised symbol of heeled shoe) on both head and back torso.
