Description
The doll has poured bisque with creamy complexion, socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accented lips, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, pierced ears, original composition and wooden fully jointed body. The doll wears original muslin dress with tiers of lace on skirt and wide bretelles, rose silk trim, matching bonnet, net stockings, bronze-green leather shoes incised "2". Marked "2". Emile Jumeau, circa 1892. 11" (28 cm).
