Description
The all-bisque mignonette has bisque swivel head
with elongated throat, blue glass enamel inset
eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented
nostrils, closed mouth with upturned lip corners,
elongated bisque torso, peg-jointed bisque upper
arms attached to bisque forearms with elbow
jointing, elongated bisque legs with modelled
bare feet. The doll is presented in lace-paper
edged box along with five antique costumes (some
may be home-made), and accessories. French, circa
1882. 5" (13 cm).
