Description
The bisque doll has socket head, brown glass
sleep eyes, mohair lashes, feathered brows,
accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth,
row of teeth, brunette mohair wig, original
composition and wooden fully jointed body. The
doll is presented in her antique trunk along with
an assortment of original costumes including
polka dot dress with sunbonnet, blue chambray
dress, rose twill dress, white pique dress, white
apron, blue pinafore, two additional dresses,
woven socks, black leather shoes signed 1, aqua
bonnet. The doll is signed "Dep 1". For the
French market, SFBJ, circa 1900. 10" (25 cm).
