Description
12" (30 cm.) Hard plastic doll with swivel head, five piece body, Lissy face, brunette curly hair, wearing yellow taffeta dress with lace edging, russet velvet sash and bonnet ribbon, white cotton petticoat and pantalets with yellow ribbons and lace, Charlotte cap, white stockings, tan slippers. Marks: Madame Alexander (costume). Superb original costume with rosy cheeks, vibrant pristine costume, original wrist booklet "A Doll", original box labeled 1240 with F.A.O. Schwarz label. Alexander, 1962, the doll was created exclusively for the New York toy store as an anniversary special.
