Vinyl socket head, sleep eyes, platinum blonde rooted baby hair with blue bow, five piece baby body, wearing white organdy dress with blue and pink flower border and lace ruffle, petticoat, panties, booties. Marks: Alexander (doll) Littlest Kitten, Alexander (costume). Beautifully preserved doll with pretty baby hair, crisp costume, in original box labeled "Littlest Kitten 845" with Lord & Taylor label and $6 price tag. Alexander, circa 1963.
